June Gathering

You are invited to join us Tuesday June 7th at 6:30pm for our second monthly Constellations gathering :)

This month's theme is 'Earthing"

Earthing is the simple and intentional practice of creating a physical and energetic connection to the Earth through our bare feet, and/or whole body.  It can be about establishing a living and reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth that can go beyond receiving personal well-being and healing.

Join us to learn more and to experience a deep connective guided meditation accompanied with soulful drumming.

Dress appropriately for the weather and the bugs as we will be outdoors and bring water to drink and a blanket to sit on :))
